401(k) Plan

Effective date of hire, employees are automatically enrolled with a 4% contribution unless they opt out. ECS matches 100% of the first 4% contributed.

Employees direct their own investments through Schwab Corporate Services and can choose from fourteen investment options, including a self-directed account. Also, the plan allows participants to borrow from their accounts. There is no monthly fee to participate.

Retirement Account

Employees hired after 9/30/08 receive a year-end contribution from the Company equal to 2% of their pay. The benefit is vested after 3 years of service. As with the 401(k), employees direct the investment, choosing from the same investment option.
